Edge animate always or Only when notification come 

For Non-Egde phone this application help you to make your phone more personalized and look like it has edge. In this edges around colored light flashes.

1) android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW--> This permission is used to edge pulse when notification received.
2) BIND_QUICK_SETTINGS_TILE--> This permission is used to add Quick Setting tile.
